Nithya brings over 14 years of professional services experience. Her deep expertise and 11 years of experience in transactions is complemented by a solid foundation in Audit & Assurance. Nithya has worked in Australia and India, across a range of businesses from small, privately-owned enterprises to publicly listed companies in both countries.

Nithya’s expertise lies primarily in buy and sell-side financial due diligence for private and public listed companies along with SPA reviews, forecast reviews, financial model audit and agreed upon procedures. Nithya has experience across multiple industries, with a particular focus and vast experience on IT services, SaaS, professional services and manufacturing.

Nithya works closely with mid-market private equity firms and large corporates that are in a growth/acquisition phase. Nithya is a well-respected diligence practitioner who prides herself on being agile, pragmatic and always values the client’s needs and expectations ahead.

Nithya is a proud and active of the GEN network at Grant Thornton Australia, which promotes gender equity at workplace and is also the leading in-charge for community initiatives within Grant Thornton, regularly organising volunteering and charitable events.
