Grant Thornton names new National Head of Corporate Finance

Grant Thornton is proud to announce the appointment of Cameron Bacon, Partner – Financial Advisory as the new National Head of Corporate Finance.

Cameron commences in the role with 25 years’ experience in corporate finance, holding specific expertise in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, and growth strategies. Cameron advises clients primarily in the agribusiness, food and beverage sector, as well as a broad range of public and private businesses and private equity funds.

Cameron also leads Grant Thornton’s Agribusiness, Food & Beverage industry group, providing sector-specific insights and implementing initiatives that enhance the firm's market position while supporting clients in capitalising on industry-specific opportunities.

Cameron takes over the role from Holly Stiles, Partner – Financial Advisory. Holly will now be leading the Sydney Financial Advisory team – encompassing corporate finance, restructuring and forensics – a vital role for our Sydney clients and broader Financial Advisory group.

Cameron commenced as National Head of Corporate Finance in September 2025 and will also remain as National Head of Agribusiness, Food & Beverage.
