Said Jahani and John McInerney were appointed Joint and Several Administrators of the Companies on Wednesday, 31 May 2017.
At the meeting of creditors held on Friday, 18 August 2017, creditors resolved to wind up the Companies and appointed Said Jahani and John McInerney as Joint and Several Liquidators.
