The extended Modern Slavery reporting deadline is now looming

While reporting periods have gone back to their normal schedule, now is a timely reminder to collate your Modern Slavery Statements and submit in time with the regular deadlines.
Upcoming deadlines are:

If your reporting period falls within these dates, prepare now to meet your reporting deadline. Please note the Australian Border Force needs to review each statement before they are published and are publishing statements on a monthly basis.
Businesses (including foreign entities operating in Australia) with a consolidated annual revenue of $100m or more, must submit an annual Modern Slavery Statement, which will be publicly available once approved and uploaded by the Australian Border Force. Other businesses can report voluntarily.
