In Brief is a four part series providing no-nonsense commentary on topical issues facing professional services firms and the professionals that practice within them.

The In Brief series discusses some of the practical issues facing practices and their equity participants – giving insights as to how relevant risks can be appropriately addressed.

Part 3 focuses on the considerations that need to be made when determining an appropriate equity structure designed to preserve practitioner returns.
