Luke brings more than 25 years of retail experience across a wide variety of consulting and line-management roles within large organisations and SMEs. Luke has worked in General Manager level roles across the retail value chain in strategy, finance, business development, marketing, merchandise and Information Technology.

Luke is a change agent who is well-practiced at leading and implementing large change programs, with his recent client engagements including David Jones, Super Retail Group, Baby Bunting, Target Australia and The Reject Shop.

Luke and the team are retailers first, consultants second. They do more than just provide advice and leave, they stick around and work closely with their clients in a sleeves-rolled-up fashion, acting as an extension of the existing team to land real value into the P&L.
