- Strategy Activation – Leading multiple large scales transformation programs for ASX listed businesses, including:
- An end-to-end fresh food transformation program to re-invent the customer proposition, in store operating model and supply chain efficiency
- The renegotiation of a large-scale enterprise agreement and the subsequent deployment of the necessary technology and payroll systems to support its implementation.
- Operating Model – Leadership of projects to deliver cope operating model and organisational change, including:
- Restructuring functional frameworks, roles, and business processes to establish clear accountability and achieve cost efficiencies.
- A cross-functional transformation program focused on Merchandise, Operations, and Supply Chain, aimed at redefining the retail operating model across various fresh food, ambient, and non-food business units.
