Kaitlin is a trusted retail professional, bringing over 10 years of ‘hands on’ experience across Operations, Strategy, People & Culture and Workforce Planning. Having worked in a number of Senior Leadership roles across multiple FMCG companies, responsible for managing large teams and driving business outcomes, she understands the importance of Culture and Leadership in delivering sustainable outcomes for her clients.
Kaitlin is passionate about working side by side with her clients, focusing on listening, truly understanding their needs and exceeding in delivery – all while bringing a ‘retailer first, and consultant second mindset’.
