Nick is one of the few Registered Trustees in Australia who specialises in personal bankruptcy and Part X arrangements. With extensive experience in personal insolvency, he’s committed to delivering commercially sound solutions that balance the needs of all stakeholders.

Bankruptcy law is a highly specialised and a complex landscape — navigating it effectively requires deep expertise and strategic insights, which Nick endeavours to bring to each assignment.

Nick is also often approached by financiers to provide an investigative review of an individual's financial position, so that a comparison can be made to bankruptcy when compromising debts.
