Consultant

Peter is focussed on getting to the heart of commercial issues when developing tax solutions. Peter advises mid-market businesses and their high net worth owners on their taxation affairs. His recent assignments have included:

advising a board of directors of a Not for Profit entity as it looks to globalise its offering
restructuring an employee share schemes to maximise employee retention in light of regulatory change and an impending IPO
