We are delighted to announce that we have extended our partnership with Family Business Australia (FBA) for another two years as National Gold Partner.

Over the past year as Gold Preferred Partner, we’ve worked alongside FBA to develop and refresh the Financial Essentials for Family Business course, hosted FBA Family Business Essentials workshops, and facilitated panel sessions at the Family Business Insights – State Conference events in May & June 2021.

We are also collaborating with FBA on the next bi-annual Family Business Survey report being launched in September to coincide with National Family Business Day.

“For an organisation dedicated to helping and supporting family businesses, I am ecstatic that Grant Thornton not only renewed their partnership with FBA, but they expanded their relationship with us by becoming a National Gold Sponsor. In a time of unease and uncertainty, to receive this endorsement from the Grant Thornton team and allowing for a closer and more dynamic relationship, I believe we will now be in an even stronger position to support all our members and further extend our reach into the family business sector,” said Greg Griffith, CEO of FBA.

“We’re thrilled to extend our sponsorship of FBA and are looking forward to continue working with our family business friends, clients and colleagues. The past 18 months has demonstrated the incredible resilience of our family business community, and Grant Thornton is dedicated to continue serving that community to the best of our ability,” said Robert Powell, Partner & National Head of Family Business Consulting at Grant Thornton
