The loss or damage suffered is the centrepiece of most financial disputes. Discounting losses can have significant impact on quantum and is often a highly disputed area between expert accountants. Our seminar will explore the how and why of discounting, practical application to different loss calculations and issues in determining the discount rate.

This seminar is relevant to any legal practitioner who is involved in financial disputes.
