ATO assurance review: Transfer Pricing

The ATO’s approach to transfer pricing reviews

Transfer pricing is one of the most challenging tax issues for taxpayers and the ATO.

There have always been high expectations on the documentation and evidence taxpayers should keep to support their transfer pricing arrangements – even more so in light of the ATO assurance reviews. Our transfer pricing experts Christine Cornish and Jason Casas will take you through the ATO’s approach to transfer pricing reviews, and their key areas of focus and risk.
