Carolyn is a Director in Grant Thornton’s Corporate Finance team, with more than 15 years of experience at the firm. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions and advises business owners, Boards and management teams through significant transactions and periods of change.
Carolyn’s experience spans corporate finance, insolvency and restructuring, financial accounting and broader advisory services. She has also held roles with major banks in Melbourne and London, providing her with a broad commercial perspective and a strong understanding of the financial and strategic considerations that shape successful transactions.
