Partner

I support clients to navigate their most important commercial decisions. My role is to help them see the financial implications of a project before it happens — forecasting costs, revenues and risks with clarity. Remarkable, for my clients, is having a trusted adviser who champions their success while creating space for open conversations about questions, risks and opportunities.

Financial Modelling

David brings over 20 years of professional services experience, helping clients make confident, well‑informed decisions on their most critical projects. He works closely with executives to negotiate contracts, tender for growth opportunities, and assess investments in property, plant and operational infrastructure. His clients rely on him for honest commercial insight, clear financial analysis and pragmatic discussions about risk.

He combines deep expertise in financial modelling with a strong understanding of finance, payment structures, contractual frameworks and operational realities. This blend allows him to facilitate richer conversations — connecting numbers with strategy, operations and industrial considerations — to support more robust forecasts and better decision‑making.

Transport Sector Experience

David has extensive experience in the transport sector, advising operators as they renew contracts, pursue growth and navigate industry change. He has a unique understanding of the commercial and financial frameworks underpinning transport contracts in Australia, including the ongoing electrification of bus networks and the challenges associated with transitioning fleets and depots. His work spans commercial risk assessment, payment structures, and contractual penalty and incentive regimes. He is known for building strong, collaborative relationships and for bringing a practical, commercially grounded perspective to complex financial and operational issues.
