Non-Executive Director

Diane has been an independent Non-executive Director for a range of Public, Private and Not for Profit organisations for 30 years. She is currently a Director of Kelsian and Tennis Australia.

She was formerly a Director of Macquarie Group, Woolworths, BlueScope Steel, Lend Lease Ltd and the Sydney Opera House Trust. She was also Chair of The Hunger Project and Ascham School and President of Chief Executive Women.

Previously, Diane was a partner with McKinsey & Co where she served clients on strategic and organisational issues including leading the Firm’s Retailing, Consumer Goods and Customer Service Practice in Australia and being a global leader of the Organisation, Culture and Change Management Practice.
