Divya works closely with Executives and transformation teams to help them shape and deliver change that drives genuine adoption. Whether it’s implementing new technology and processes, redesigning organisation structures, or shifting cultures and behaviours, Divya’s people-focused approach enables her to maximise business value, whilst minimising employee and customer impact.
She has over 20 years of experience working with some of Australia’s largest organisations in the private and public sector and has also worked on global projects across Asia and Europe. Across these projects, Divya has designed strategies, operating models and transformation programs, while aligning leadership towards a common goal and supporting teams navigate change. Starting her career in the public sector, Divya understands the real-world challenges of making change stick in complex environments and applies this learning in her day-to-day experience with clients.
Most recently, Divya has been working with some of Australia’s largest financial institutions to support them with their AI strategy and adoption. Recognising that AI transformation is a people challenge at its core, she has helped clients redesign work and processes, build skills and capability and measure the value from their AI investment.
