I believe working collaboratively with clients is integral to their success. Clients want their adviser to take the time to understand their business and any challenges they may face. They want to feel their adviser has ‘rolled up their sleeves’ to work with them to build good business practices, be a problem solver, a sounding board for advice, and assist them to meet their goals.
