Tianne has over 15 years’ experience in restructuring advisory and insolvency, having managed companies in Receivership, Liquidation and Voluntary Administration, as well as having led informal advisory engagements and various complex legal matters within insolvency appointments.
Accomplished in managing businesses in distress, stakeholder liaison and overseeing the appropriate work out, sale or wind down strategy through both informal restructuring and insolvency processes, Tianne leverages her experience to assist business owners and stakeholders during times of financial uncertainty. She takes an innovative and pragmatic approach to providing solutions, working with the client and their key stakeholders to achieve the desired outcome.
Tianne has gained experience in a number of different industries, with particular knowledge in real estate, property and construction, manufacturing, energy and resources, professional services and retail.
Tianne is the Deputy Chair of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) Vic/Tas State Division Committee, having been elected to that role for the past 6 years, and is also a driving member of the ARITA National Balance (DE&I) Committee.
