His expertise spans business development, acquisitions, investments, JVs and lending across the transaction life cycle from strategy development, opportunity identification, relationship cultivation, negotiation, valuation, approvals, due diligence, documentation, and execution.

With years of experience successfully leading cross-functional, national and international teams he has built a substantial network across the mining industry including mining companies, service providers, investors and financiers.

• Debt, project and commodity finance transactions involving mining companies and commodity traders.
• Valuation, financial modelling, due diligence and commercial assessment of mining projects and mining services businesses.
• Debt restructurings, recapitalisations and stakeholder negotiations for financiers, mining contractors and commodity traders.
