Grant Thornton has been recognised by our undergraduate vacationers as one of the best intern programs in Australia. Coming in at number 19 of 40, we were the best ranked of the accounting firms.
Produced by the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE), the Top Intern Programs list was created from a survey of over 1200 undergraduates participating in an intern program in 2020/2021. Feedback from these interns was used to identify the Top 40 Intern Programs in Australia.
“We are delighted that our vacationers have responded to our program this way. It’s important to us that we create pathways for fulfilling and interesting careers for all of our people – and this starts with our vacationers,” said Greg Keith, CEO, Grant Thornton Australia.
“Our vacationers are on the ground doing real work alongside our people. They get to experience what it is really like in an accounting firm – from meetings, to client work, and of course the culture that is so uniquely ours,” finished Greg Keith.
Earlier this year we were named by Graduate Australia as one of Australia’s 2021 Top 100 Graduate Employers for the sixth time.
