An established record of independent governance

• When we became a national firm in 2007, we made a deliberate choice to do so as an unlisted public company, with robust independence at the heart of our governance structure.
• Our Board is led by an independent chair, and includes three independent Non-Executive Directors. This ensures diversity in leadership and thinking, as well as reducing the potential for conflicts.
• Since no person who reports directly to the CEO is eligible to sit as a Director, our board is able to apply the highest standards of accountability right through our organisation.
