Kirsten Ridgway is a senior transformation leader with more than 16 years’ experience delivering complex change across retail operations, supply chain, and management consulting. She works closely with executive teams to design and implement practical, sustainable solutions that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Kirsten has led multimillion-dollar transformation programs, strategic business initiatives, cost reduction and procurement transformations, and large-scale operational change. Her experience spans end-to-end retail operations, including supply chain, merchandising, marketing, space and range management, and store operations, with a strong track record of improving performance while maintaining business continuity.
Known for her highly collaborative and hands-on approach, Kirsten builds strong cross-functional relationships and brings clarity and momentum to complex environments. She combines commercial rigour with an organised and agile delivery style to achieve financial targets and long-term strategic objectives.

- Cost reduction and procurement transformation: Led enterprise-wide procurement functions with significant addressable spend, reporting directly to the CFO. Delivered material savings through operating model redesign, governance uplift, and improved ways of working.
- Program and change leadership: Delivered large-scale, multi-stakeholder retail transformation programs, including supply chain availability, electronic data interchange, supplier portals, and operational ordering solutions across major retailers.
