Margot brings over 30 years of experience in corporate reporting, regulation and governance, both within Australia and abroad. She provides specialist advice to clients on the practical application of IFRS, including accounting standards change projects and major corporate transactions, such as deals, restructures, capital raisings and IPOs.
Margot has worked across a broad range of clients, including ASX listed, private companies, Not For Profits. She also has worked across a wide variety of industries including Retail & Consumer Products, Technology, Media & Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Energy & Resources, and Real Estate & Construction.
She delivers deep practical and commercial insight to C-suite and Boards to support informed decision making, drawing on her global network and experience in dealing with regulators, standard setters, auditors and investors.
