AUD $30bn+ retailer – PMO support for design and optimisation of Commercial Development Team process and ways of working, removing inefficiencies and re-orienting them to be commercially driven and focused

AUD $30bn+ retailer – Project managed initiatives focused on establishing new processes and governance for Export division as they set up an Asia office, supporting the finance and operations teams
