Non-Executive Director

Andrea is an experienced Non-Executive Director, Auditor and Accountant with a demonstrated capacity to implement and improve governance and audit structures, to understand complex business operations, and to add value at a senior executive and Board level.

With over 15 years experience as a Non-Executive Director, Andrea is currently a Non-Executive Director for MyState Limited, Helia Limited, Bennelong Funds Management Group, Citywide Service Solutions Limited and she Chairs Colonial Foundation. She was formerly on the Board of CareSuper, Cash Converters Limited, Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, Lord Mayors Charitable Foundation and Cancer Council Victoria.

Andrea is also an accredited facilitator for The Australian Institute of Company Directors. She was an audit partner with KPMG and specialised in Financial Services.
