Search for your dream role
The first step toward a career at Grant Thornton is to visit our job search page. You can search current job openings by using criteria such as location, job field and key words.
Once you find a job that looks like a good fit, you'll need to fill out the online application. This also involves creating an online profile to track your application and to apply for other Grant Thornton roles in the future. Allow about 10 minutes to create your profile, and a bit longer to complete the role application form.
Meet your People & Culture team
If your application meets the requirements of the role, your People & Culture contact will give you a call to have an initial discussion and answer any questions you may have about the role.
Complete the online assessment
After this initial chat, you may be asked to complete an online assessment to help us further determine your suitability and team fit. Your People & Culture contact will provide further guidance on this process. Please refer to the FAQs here for further information about our online assessment process.
Meet the team
The next step is for you to meet our team. This could include interviews with Partners, team members and People & Culture representatives.
These interviews will be a chance for us to learn more about your previous experiences, technical skills and interests, and to provide you an opportunity for you to get to know us, the culture at Grant Thornton and the requirements of the role.
Your People & Culture contact will call you to arrange interview times and location. Depending on the role and location, the number of office interviews may differ, and you may be asked to complete a case study.
Receive an offer
After we have verified your previous experience with your referees we will extend an offer of employment. Congratulations!
Once you accept our offer, a member of our People & Culture team will provide you an overview of your induction and first few days with us.
Starting your new career
From day one, we'll ensure that you have the tools you need for a successful and meaningful career at Grant Thornton. You will receive a comprehensive induction, you will have a buddy who will introduce you to your new colleagues and make you feel welcome as you become part of the Grant Thornton team.
