Sarah has over 20 years’ senior level experience in Business Management and Organisational Transformation across a varied range of industries including pharmacy, consumer goods, apparel, retail and services. She has held Executive Operational Management roles across a number of ASX listed organisations.

With broad experience from digital and online to process re-engineering, she has managed and implemented numerous successful change programs. She has also been involved in a number of significant acquisition projects. Having managed teams from 30 - 600 people, influencing and aligning internal teams, customers and suppliers is one of her strengths.
