The acquisition support, led by Grant Thornton's Chris Dunne, Jared Grima, Ben Napier, Shoko Arakawa and Sally Pace, marks the strategic expansion of Optimus’ Australian business operations.

Autocare Services Pty Ltd (“Autocare Services”) is one of Australia’s largest integrated automotive logistics providers and has been providing comprehensive end to end automotive solutions to the automotive industry for over 60 years. These services include vehicle transport, storage, and processing for some of Australia’s largest OEMs, along with automotive dealerships, rental and fleet providers, and other customers across the entire automotive industry.

Grant Thornton Partners Ben Napier and Chris Dunne elaborated, “Our team are proud to have supported Optimus Group Australia with this significant milestone in the group’s diversification strategy in its acquisition of Autocare Services from LINX Cargo Care Group. Following the recent acquisition of Autopact, this acquisition will continue to enhance Optimus’ position as a leading diversified group in the automotive sector. Our team provided comprehensive financial and tax due diligence and valuation services, to help our client achieve a successful outcome in this strategic acquisition.”
