Grant Thornton Australia is pleased to congratulate the shareholders of Eptec, a leading specialist provider of corrosion solutions to the infrastructure and marine sectors on their sale to the management team backed by Alceon Private Equity.

Grant Thornton has worked with the owners and management for some time to assist in this transition of ownership which has resulted in a great outcome for all parties.

We were pleased to work with Brown Wright Stein as legal advisors to the company and the team at Alceon and their legal advisors from Fisher Jeffries.

We look forward to following the success of the company as it continues to expand in the infrastructure and marine maintenance sectors and wish Alceon and the management team great success in the future.
