Jannaya has over 18 years’ experience providing insightful advice to a range of small and large corporations in respect of valuations of shares, businesses and intangible assets for a range of purposes.

Jannaya joined Grant Thornton in April 2017 to lead the valuations practice in Melbourne. Prior to joining GT, Jannaya gained her experience as an adviser in both an M&A capacity and a valuation specialist at a Big 4 accounting firm where she performed valuations for a range of purposes including financial reporting, M&A transactions, tax and Independent Expert’s Reports.

Jannaya has been exposed to a wide range of clients in all sectors, and has provided advice to some of Australia’s largest and most complex organisations. With experience across a range of industries including energy, resources, transport, manufacturing, aged care and infrastructure, Jannaya is a highly regarded adviser who will provide robust valuation advice whilst maintaining a commercial perspective.
