11 new partners boost Grant Thornton’s leadership

Grant Thornton kicks off the new financial year by welcoming 11 new partners, two new principals and 24 associate directors to its leadership group, as it continues its drive to be the leading growth advisor to mid-size business.

The firm is proud to announce seven females among the 11 new partners, two female principals and an even gender split among the associate directors; a demonstration of the firm’s continued commitment to diversity of thought as an integral part of delivering the right advice to clients both now and in the future.

Well on track to achieving its gender targets, female leadership is currently at 15%, as the firm continues to seek the right balance of talent that embodies the skills, capabilities and diversity of thought to deliver exceptional growth advice to its mid-size business clients.

Welcoming its newest partners to help lead the charge as the growth advisors to Australia’s mid-size business, the firm warmly welcomes the following to the leadership group:

  • Kristy Fotiadis, Jacky Millership and Kim Schmidt in Growth Advisory
  • Marcia Barker and Kirsten Taylor-Martin in Private Advisory
  • Michael Dewhurst and Claire Gilmartin in Audit & Assurance
  • Lorena Sosa Carillo, Chris Jenkins and Thomas Isbell National Specialist Tax
  • Along with Tim Goodman in Financial Advisory


Promoted to Principal are Anne Bishop and Anna O’Brien, both in our Tax service offering.
